Admission Policies and Procedures

1. Students interested in joining BBS should submit the following documents:

  • A completed application form (available at the reception)

  • An attestation from the student’s previous school confirming the student’s passing grades. The attestation should be countersigned by the Ministry of Education.

  • Grades for the student’s two previous academic years from the previous school.

  • A photocopy of the student’s official I.D.

  • A medical card (for K.G. students only).

2. After submitting the documents, the student and a parent meet with the admission's office who evaluates the student’s competence. This is  based on his/her prior academic performance, comportment, and the overall impression. The student who is considered potentially acceptable is assigned an entrance exam date and is given the required materials needed to prepare for the exam.

 

3. Students pay the entrance exam fee.

 

4. Students should sit for the entrance exam in its specified time.

 

5. The school informs the student in writing of the exam results. If admitted, the student is assigned a date for registration.

 

6. The admitted student enrolls and pays the registration fee on the date assigned.

 

7. Failure to register and pay the registration fee on the assigned date may lead to a loss of the right to enroll.

 

8. New students interested in enrolling at BBS are accepted based on class vacancies and student qualifications.
